Carrying or moving the mattress

When possible, two people should carry the mattress flat on its side to reduce the possibility of the mattress becoming damaged. Bending a mattress may damage the innerspring unit; however, flexing the mattress through doorways should not harm it.

Cleaning the mattress

To keep the mattress clean, we recommend that you use a protective mattress pad. Vacuuming is the only recommended cleaning method. To clean a stain, use a mild soap with cold water and apply lightly, being careful not to soak the mattress or foundation. Dry cleaning fluids may damage some of the materials in the mattress.

Proper support

If you want to ensure the long-term durability of your sleep set, you must use an appropriate frame. We highly recommend buying the most expensive bed frame you can afford. It must have center support and correctly support all parts of the boxspring. Improper support causes irreparable damage, noise and even can cause discomfort to the sleeper. Having an improper bed frame will void your warranty.
